PPEI’s Vision:

PPEI’s vision is to create the “NextGen Estimating” that will proactively seek and fulfill the needs of every stakeholder to achieve project success and thus be the service provider of choice for estimating. 

Who we are and what sets us apart:

PPEI was created by seasoned estimating professionals with hands-on experience as estimating leads for a wide range of projects small and large including mega projects. Intimate knowledge of estimating needs and expectations of various clients and many shortcomings of traditional estimating methods has motivated us to think outside the box and create PPEI’s “NextGen Estimating”.
 
The integrated and proactive work process forges alignment with all project stakeholders, documenting their needs and finished product quality at the outset. Meticulous planning and highly efficient estimate execution are at the root of PPEI’s “NextGen” Estimating.

In addition,  what sets us apart are dynamic and interactive estimate reports which makes the estimate transparent to the client. The customized reports enable the client to quiz the estimate details in multiple ways and create additional reports to answer project specific questions that may arise during the review.

Well conceived coding structure and additional coding specific to each prime account is the backbone of “NextGen Estimating” . This drives the instantaneous transposition of estimate summaries to client preferred formats. It allows seamless uploading to client’s cost control tools and automatic generation of estimate breakdown by budget, RFQ and Contract.

PPEI provides valuable inputs of man-hours by work package for construction planning very early in the Front End Loading phase to enable schedule integration and resource loading.

PPEI provides a comprehensive set of critical review reports for every prime account and overall project summary level executive metrics to facilitate thorough estimate review and buy-in by all stakeholders.

Range of services:

We offer a wide range of estimating services which are comprehensive, starting with estimate planning and alignment to delivering finished estimate reports accompanied with complete documentation of basis. Optional services include bid analysis and tabulation, project contingency, forward escalation and major event risk analysis. We also provide assistance in early phase of project life cycle to compile and review conceptual and factored estimates during FEL1 and FEL2 stages. We can provide value service in reviewing third party estimates. Service offerings to Module Yards and Construction Contractors include strategic bidding insights for maximizing revenues and setting sharp control base for minimizing execution cost.
